USB DRIVERS (VCP DRIVER):

Users who have trouble with below USB (VCP) driver(s) please visit the website www.silabs.com (manufacturer of this chip) and check for the latest
driver for the CP2102 (CP210x): --> CP2102 --> VCP driver for Your system.

For Users of WIN10 / 11 ®:

SOFTWARE:

SOFTWARE FOR PC TYPE GMD-PP INSTALLATION VERSION + UPDATE REQUIRED (SEE BELOW)

Download, unzip and install above file(s) on Your computer, then download and unzip

below file and slide it over the file GMD-PP.exe in …\Program files\GMD-PP or

wherever you have installed the program. Then run the update (see below).

NOTE: Make sure the old file will be overwritten and not just renamed.

NOTE: You may need admin rights.

NOTE: Some Versions of Windows (english, some others) may need another version than offered below.

UPDATE FOR GMD-PP: VERSION 4.23 - now recommended

Charger Model GMD-CC: For the charger cradle is a new firmware available. The latest version is V 2.31
Users who have trouble with the chargers or with GMD-11-x / GMD-12-x devices which display an
empty-battery-problem or problems with battery charging of the portable part, please contact us by email for an update
of the firmware in our factory. Please mention the serial number of the GMD-CC charger cradle
The firmware version can be found on a small label (10 x 25 mm) on the bottom of the device below the type label.
Those devices without such label have a firmware version below 2.2

Ladeschale Modell GMD-CC: Ein Firmware-Update is verfügbar. Aktuell ist die FW V 2.31
Bei Problemen mit der Ladeschale oder bei Lade- oder Akkuproblemen des Mobilteiles GMD-11-x / GMD-12-x
kontaktieren Sie bitte den Hersteller (z.B. per email mit Angabe der Seriennummer der Ladeschale) für ein
Update der FW im Werk.
Die Version der Firmware finden Sie auf einem kleinen Label (10 x 25 mm) unterhalb des Typenschildes auf
